Every BODY is different, and sometimes, gym routines or one-size-fits-all fitness classes don't meet our needs for one reason or another. We'll work together to make a class that is completely personalized to where you're at and  takes into account any special considerations. Out of shape and anxiety? No prob, we'll make a gentle and relaxing routine. Lower back pain and chronic fatigue? Let's make a class that strengthens the core without knocking you out for the day (or the rest of the week)!

Feeling like a slug even after sleeping for 10 hours? Can’t seem to shake the fog in your brain? This package focuses on re-igniting your inner fire to get the prana (life force) moving through your body again through asana (the physical movement we typically refer to as "yoga"), Ayurvedic meal ideas, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation.

Yoga for Chronic Pain

You’ve heard that staying active is key to managing chronic pain but the thought of going to the gym fills you with dread? Whether your chronic pain is caused by an injury or illness, we’ll figure out ways to modify a routine so that you can move your body without hurting yourself more. This package includes personalized gentle asana practice (the physical movement we typically refer to as "yoga"), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation.

If it’s been a while since you’ve moved your body (for whatever reason) it can be hard to ‘get back in the saddle’, especially if previous attempts have resulted in injury. This judgement-free package focuses on building strength and flexibility through targeted yoga by meeting you at your current fitness level.

Unsure about which package to choose?

Simply practicing yoga will have a measurable, positive impact on mental and physical wellness. It's not a "magic bullet", but regular dedication to mindful movement has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, lessen chronic pain, alleviate depression, and helps maintain overall physical health. The Grow/Simply Yoga package is designed to meet you at your current fitness level to help you engage in yoga as a regular part of your fitness and wellness routine.


If you're looking to address a specific issue, the Restorative packages (Relief, Energize, or Balance) provide targeted assistance. I personally know how hard it is to get through a day with anxiety, or how exhausting it can be to even think of moving when you’re dealing with a chronic illness or pain flare-up. We’ll work together to create a practice that helps you reach your wellness goals through personalized physical routines, meditation, breathing exercises, and coaching designed specifically to your needs.

 

Either of these packages are a perfect complement to therapy or larger health routine – just check in with your doctor before beginning any sort of fitness regimen, even something as gentle as yoga can aggravate certain conditions.

Move

Yoga for Strength & Flexibility

Build muscle and improve coordination, circulation, and flexibility with this session. We'll start from your current fitness level and build from there, reducing the chance of injury and burnout. This personalized class includes physical movement (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), and a guided meditation. First-time clients who book a package after this session will receive a $50 credit towards their first month.
