Every BODY is different, and sometimes, gym routines or one-size-fits-all fitness classes don't meet our needs for one reason or another. With private one-on-one sessions, we'll work together to make a class that is completely personalized to where you're at and takes into account any special considerations. Out of shape and anxiety? No problem, we'll make a gentle and relaxing routine. Lower back pain and chronic fatigue? Let's make a class that strengthens the core without knocking you out for the day (or the rest of the week)!
